Cynicism or Mind games! Which ever it is, there seems to be an attempt by the National U23 Coach Imama Amapakabo to suggest fans lowering their expectations of his team ahead of the CAF U23 Africa Nations Cup, first leg second round clash against Libya.
Recently in Lagos, in his first address as Head Coach, Imama mocked the “Dream Team” name of the team and reiterated how shoddy, perhaps the preparation for his side has been.
‘For the very first time in the history of this competition, this team is being assembled, officially, 48 hours to a game.’
