Triestina FC of Italy and Flying Eagles goalkeeper Jonathan Zaccala has stated that he has his focus firmly fixed on achieving world cup glory with Nigeria ahead of the fast-approaching FIFA U20 world cup in Poland which starts next week.
Zaccala speaking in a chat with www.brila.net from the team’s camp base in Germany also expressed the desire to have been handed the opportunity to be among those that will represent Nigeria at the FIFA U20 world cup in Poland.
He stressed that winning the world cup is his biggest desire as far as the world cup is concerned.
“I am very happy to represent Nigeria at the upcoming tournament and very proud, the desire is to win the cup. We’re thinking about the present, the future we will think after.”
Zaccala is one of the foreign-based professionals in the Flying Eagles camp invited to help shore up Tue Flying Eagles depth ahead of the FIFA U20 world cup.
