Former National team coach Obi says Handball league will benefit national team players

Former coach of the Nigeria handball national team Fidelis Obi has stated that the current handball league will benefit national team players with various national team assignment especially the U19 and U21 who have engagements in Spain and Macedonia.

Obi said in a chat with www.brila.net said the league going on means the players are in competitive shape ahead of the junior world championship and hence benefit the team at the long run.
“The league will benefit the national team players who are going to be I’m competitive mode going to Spain and Macedonia. And we hope it continues like this.”
