Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina has hinted that he must continue to improve and believes he’s not a finished article.
Aina who in his playing in his first international tournament with Nigeria, has played full ninety minutes in two Super Eagles game in ongoing 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
”There is still more to improve on because I don’t feel I am the finished product yet but I am enjoying my football right now and I am enjoying this team,” he told reporters after helping Nigeria toreach the knock out stage of the African Cup of Nations in Egypt.
The former England youth international admits that playing inItalian Seria A side last season has improved his game.
”Of course, last season going to Italy has helped me and I thoroughly enjoyed it so I feel like I have improved.
Aina will hope to keep his place when Super Eagles clash with Madagascar in their third Group B match at the ongoing 2019 African Cup of Nations next week.
