No Show! Iwobi still waiting for Everton debut

Alex Iwobi did not get the Everton debut he had hoped for on Saturday as he watch on from the bench.

Everton picked up their first win of the season courtesy a first-half strike from Brazilian winger Bernard Duarte.

Iwobi was named as a substitute in the Premier League fixture, and was not in the matchday squad last weekend, since his £40 million move from Arsenal.

The Toffees Boss, Marco Silva used up his three allotted changes but didn’t consider the Nigerian youngster.

Everton will travel away to Aston Villa for their next league match.
