Daniel says targets remains Gold for the Male wrestlers in Morocco

Captain of Nigeria’s male wrestling contingent Amas Daniel has promised that the Nigerian male wrestlers have one target in mind which is to win Gold all through.

Daniel speaking ahead of the team’s departure today said the wrestlers are set to do Nigeria proud and have put in a lot of work hoping to see their effort yield Gold medals at the end of the All Africa Games. Wrestling all the games don’t start until August 26th.
“We will put in our one hundred percent when we get to Morocco and when we go out to fight we will give our hundred percent. And believing that our hundred percent will not bring Bronze, Silver but Gold medals.”
A total of 6 female wrestlers, 10 male wrestlers, and 5 officials will depart Nigeria for Morocco today. 10 athletes were dropped due to financial constraints.
