Dilichukwu urges NFF to improve on NWFL standard

Former chairperson of the Nigeria Women’s professional league, Dilichukwu Onyedinma has called on the NFF to improve the standard of the league so as to discover good players who will take over from the aging players in the national team, the Super Falcons.

Speaking with www.brila.net, Dilichukwu also added that the ones who are getting older were discovered from the league, and as such, improvement should be made in order to get adequate replacements.

“NFF knows what to do. The ones that are getting older now, they were all discovered from the league “.

“So they should fortify the league, move round and ensure they get the best players”.

“Nigeria is so large and we have a lot of good players and girls playing football so if you do not put the structure in place, make sure the league is of high quality, you won’t get the best players”.
