Flying Eagles defender Valentine Ozornwafor has been shipped out on loan to Spanish Segunda side UD Almeria for the rest of the 2019/20 season by parent club Galatasaray.
Ozornwafor, a former Enyimba star has been loaned as the Turkish side wants him to further his development.
The 20-year-old was part of Galatasaray’s preseason friendlies against RB Leipzig, Augsburg and Bordeaux but was left out of the matchday squad of the season opener against Denizlispor.
Ozornwafor featured in five matches for the Flying Eagles when they participated in the 2019 U20 Africa Cup of Nations where he earned himself two caps from head coach Paul Aigbogun.
