Obafemi Martins shopping for new club?

Former Super Eagles forward Obafemi Martins is among several top free agents looking to be snapped up even with the transfer window shut.

Martins, who last played in 2018 for Shanghai Shenhua, has been without a club since he was released by the Chinese Super League side.

The former Inter Milan and Newcastle United forward, 34, is currently valued at €1million, per transfermarkt.com.

He was listed by Spanish online Sports publication, Marca, as one of many veterans who is still available in free agency. The former Levante striker made the list along side Ivory Coast’s Wilfred Bony and a host of others.
