Former Super eagles player Mutiu Adepoju has urged the Gernot Rohr-led Super Eagles stars to beat the Samba boys of Brazil when the two side take on each other on Sunday in an international friendly.
Adepoju told Cornerstonenewsng.comin an exclusive interview that the Brazil Friendly shouldn’t be looked at as a mere game, it has so many advantages for the team, one of it is to prepare for the nation’s cup, while another is to increase the football rankings because of the status of Brazil in football.
‘They should be looking at how to play well against Brazil and win because Brazil are a very good team and better ranked in the world,
“We have to play them in the highest capacity, so many things are involved in this game, we should be looking at the advantages of the game to boost our FIFA rankings.
Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on the Samba boys of Brazil in a crucial international Friendly’s in Singapore on Sunday this weekend 13th of October 2019.
