Gunmen Tuesday struck again on the Benin-Auchi road and abducted an unspecified number of passengers.
The gunmen were said to have attacked an Abuja bound commercial bus traveling from Benin between Ehor and Iruekpen.
A witness told Cornerstone said several of the passengers were forcefully taken into the bush.
Recently,26 passengers were similarly abducted by gunmen on the same route.
Last week Saturday, gunmen believed to armed robbers blocked the Benin- Agbor Expressway, at the Ugonoba area of the state.
The gunmen shot two persons, a driver, and a passenger before robbing other road users.
The hoodlums had hijacked a truck which they used to barricade the road.
It took the intervention of Soldiers who dispersed them.
