Five female students of Oreyo Senior Grammar School, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos have been suspended for allegedly smoking Shasha in uniforms.
The students were seen in a viral video on social media; the Lagos State Government launched an investigation and Immediately after the students were unmasked, the government suspended them.
Apart from their suspension, the state government has also ordered their rehabilitation.
The order to suspend and Rehabilitate the students came through the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Youth and Social Development.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Education, Tokunbo Wahab, confirmed the development.
