Victor Moses is still missing despite CHELSEA manager Maurizio Sarri’s decision to rotate his squad when the Blues face Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux on Wednesday.
Chelsea are expected to freshen up their starting XI when they face Wolves this week, having ground out a 2-0 win over Fulham on Sunday.
Goals from Pedro and Ruben Loftus-Cheek were enough to secure victory over their west London rivals, although the Blues were matched by their relegation-threatened opponents for much of the game.
Maurizio Sarri’s men are back in action this week, taking on a Wolves side that has lost on five of their last six outings.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek appears likely to be the main beneficiary of any rotation, potentially coming into the three-man midfield in place of Mateo Kovacic.
Ross Barkley is also in contention for the spot, although the 24-year-old missed the clash with Fulham after picking up a knock in the win over PAOK last week.
Sarri is likely to stick with Jorginho and N’Golo Kante in his starting XI while Olivier Giroud could continue up front, having started ahead of Alvaro Morata last time out.
Eden Hazard is working his way back to full fitness after an ankle injury but played the full 90 minutes against Fulham and should feature again.
