Technical Director of the Nigeria Rugby Football Federation, Ntiense Williams has told Cornerstonenewsng.complans to create a team B for the Senior Men’s national team, the Black Stallions.
A supplementary team that will also put the established first team players on their toes, Williams say all that’s keeping the plan from full implementation is funds.
Both teams will participate in international competitions according to the Technical Director, who is convinced Head Coach Bronson Weir is on-board with the proposed new direction.
Importantly, the B Team will serve as a solid reserve that will aid smooth transition of prospective talents to the main team, Ntiense Williams explained.
