Yobe Desert FC head coach, Ngozi Elechi says he’s not under pressure to deliver good performance when the Nigeria professional football league new season finally kicks off.
Elechi left Go Round FC after five successful years in charge of the team to replace Mohammed BabaGanaru at the Northern club.
Elechi’s achievement with Go Round, where he led them to promotion from NLO to the NPFL, made the management of Yobe Desert Stars to look towards his direction and believed he’s the right man to lead the club on the field.
“I know my quality as an ex-player and a coach coupled with a conducive working environment and motivation for my team, we will certainly go places”. he told reporters in Kano.
Yobe dessert Stars is presently participating in the 2018 Ahlan pre-season tournament where they have won two and lost one from the three games played so far.
