The Department of State Service (DSS) may have quizzed the suspended chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Abdulrasheed Bawa.

Bawa who was invited for questioning was seen at the DSS office in Abuja late yesterday.

Public Relations Officer of the DSS, Dr. Peter Afunanya, in a statement late on Wednesday said Bawa was invited after his suspension from office by the President.

The statement reads, “The Department of State Services has invited Abdulrasheed Bawa, the suspended Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

“Bawa arrived a few hours ago. The invitation relates to some investigative activities concerning him”.
