Lobi stars defender Ebube Duru has stated that Lobi stars still have high hopes of making it beyond the group stage of the CAF champions league after pulling a goalless draw away to Wydad Casablanca of Morocco to hang on by a slender margin to qualify from the group.
Duru speaking in a chat with www.Cornerstonenewsng.comafter the game said the Wydad Casablanca side aren’t really special and that it was a game they could even have won despite the weather condition.
He however said the draw has given the team a renewed confidence that they can still salvage their qualification hopes with two games to go in the group.
