The People’s Elephant are yet to pick a point away from home and needed a late goal from New signing from MFM Chukwuka Onuwa to beat Remo Stars FC on Sunday at the Aba Township Stadium.
The gaffer Abd’Allah’s is optimistic that his side will get the elusive away point and win on Sunday when they face the Ikon Allah at the Bako Kontagora Stadium.
“I am happy we got those three points (against Remo Stars) because it boosts the morale of the boys,” Abd’Allah started.
“They’ve understood that now we have to get a point or three points. We have to keep on picking the points away so that we can recover because when you see this league it’s all about the away points that can confirm a comfortable place for you.
“That’s what we have come here for. We are planning well for this match and we’ll make sure we get out of this place with something in hand.
“We are working on it. We worked well before coming for this match, and by God’s grace this time around we’ll end up going back with something in hand.”
Enyimba are third in Group A log with three wins and a draw and three losses from seven matches.
