The championship which tips off Today in Lome, Togo will see the men’s team face the pair of Cape Verde and Uganda.
On the hand, the Women go up against Benin Republic and Egypt; the Nigerian sides going for places in the quarter finals.
Speaking ahead of the duels, Acha told Cornerstonenewsng.comthat the teams will play to improve on the outcomes from last year especially the Women, who lost in the final to Mali.
The Men’s team are defending champions of the FIBA 3×3 Africa Cup.
