Nigeria’s U20 national team Captain Ikouwem Udoh has stated that the Flying Eagles are well prepared and focussed to beat host nation Niger in Friday’s crucial tie as the race to qualify out of the group becomes intense.
Udoh speaking in a chat with www.brila.net after the team’s training Wednesday evening said the players are set to put their best and approach the game with all sense of seriousness as they make the last push to qualify from the group stage with a win against the host nation.
Nigeria’s last group stage game against Niger is a game of consequence for both sides with the host nation needing a win to qualify from the group while Nigeria will be good with a draw.
