A young girl has stabbed her boyfriend to death in lekki area of Lagos.
Already, the Lagos State Police Command has arrested the young girl for allegedly stabbing the man.
The lady was allegged to have used a kitchen knife to stab his lover boy during an undisclosed quarrel Sunday morning .
According to the police , the suspect, Esther Paul ,has been arrested and was being interrogated to know her motive of killing her boyfriend,Sadiq Owolabi Dahiru, 21.
A senior Police officer, said ,the step father of the deceased, Mr. Kazem Obafunso , came to the station to report that his stepson, Dahiru,was stabbed to death by his girlfriend, Esther at about 1 am.
According to the officer, a Patrol team from Ilasan Division ,was detailed to the scene at Oba Amusa Street,Agungi ,where the injured was quickly rushed to Evercare Hospital lekki, where Dahiru was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty .
Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Benjamin Hundeyin,said the body of Dahiru has been deposited at IDH Mortuary for preservation and autopsy while the case would be transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Panti,Yaba for further investigation .
