Bendel Insurance of Benin player, Moses Kalu has hailed his the performance teammates after they picked a second away point of the 2019 Nigeria professional football league season.
Insurance were the guests of of Niger Tornadoes at the Kontangora stadium on Sunday and the Badwin Bazuaye’s side proved to be a tough nut to crack for the Ikhon Allah boys.
While speaking after the game, Kalu told Brila.net’s Seyi Alao that they are happy to leave Kontangora Stadium with a point.
“Am not disappointed because at least we got a point from the game which will boost our confidence ,don’t forget we have another awayWednesday and I hope we will get three point there.”
The player however added that some of the referee decisions were laughable and Benin Arsenal has to defend for their lives as a result of that .
“The officiating was poor by the center referee and the fans of tornados were throwing objects at us and one of our players was it,“
“We had to change our approach and start defending after wenoticed the officiating that works for us.” He concluded..
