Former Super Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo has congratulated the President of NFF over his re-election back to the top seat at the Glasshouse.
Speaking on Ifeanyi Udeze’s diary via Brila FM on Wednesday morning, Yobo hailed the peaceful conduct of the elections and opined that Pinnick continues with all the good job.
Pinnick who is a member of the world football governing body became the first incumbent president to return back into office on the second term.
The 45-year-old football administrator beat rivals erstwhile president Alhaji Aminu Maigari, Chief Taiwo Ogunjobi a former Super Eagles defender and Mr. Chinedu Okoye to return to office.
Yobo is regarded as Nigeria’s most capped and longest serving Captain having led the Super Eagles to two FIFA World Cup in 2010 and 2014.
The former Everton Captain also led the Super Eagles to the AFCON victory in 2013 under Late Big Boss Stephen Keshi.
