Lagos Traffic Officer rewards Alausa DTO as he bows out after 35 years

Lagos State Police Command Traffic Officer ( MOTOPOL) CSP Titilayo Oriyomi-Oluwasanmi, has rewarded Divisional Traffic Officer (DTO) Alausa Police Division, DSP Olusoji Olabode ,who will bow out of the Force after 35 years of meritorious service.
CSP Oluwasanmi popularly known as Oriyonmi, who paid a surprise visit to the DTO while on duty, offered him a gift for serving the Force meritoriously.
MOTOPOL, who visited with some officers from her office, showered encomiums on the retiring officer who she described as a dedicated and who brought bride to the Command and the entire police force, adding that the officer, assisted her in the hetic job of making traffic to flow in the state.
She said that whenever she called on the DTO, he would always respond, and on active duty, ” you know that Alausa is the seat of power, and to be a DTO in the State Capital, you must be up and doing, so I give credit to Olabode for being diligent, dedicated, and sincere in his duty. He is retiring with blessings and I pray that he will live long to eat the fruits of his labour.My officers and I rejoice with you today, because you assisted me in the hetic job of making sure that traffic flows in the state. I am proud of you, because you are retiring meritoriously. Congratulations, because it is not easy to work and retire in peace “.
She, however, challenged other traffic officers to emulate the good virtue of Olabode,so that they would also retire meritoriously .
