Portugal-based midfielder Mikel Agu has already arrived the country and will fly in straight to Asaba on Monday evening ahead of the team’s first training session according to AOIFootball.
Agu, who his making his first return to the team since the World Cup snub, was in action on Friday night in Vitoria Setubal’s to a 2-1 win over Fierense.
Nigeria currently occupies the top spot in Group E with 9 points, one ahead of South Africa who have 8 points. The country will qualify for next year’s AFCON provided it avoids defeat next Saturday in Soweto.
