Remo boss Boboye banks on good records against Sunshine Stars

Technical Adviser of Remo Stars Football Club Kennedy Boboye says his side has all it takes to leave Akure unhurt but admits his side must be wary of the Akure Gunners attacking threats.

The Akure Landlord hosts the Sky Blue Stars in one of Matchday Six fixtures scheduled to hold at the Ondo State Sports Complex by 4pm on Sunday afternoon.

Boboye says he told his to play the match with the mentality of playing at home which he believes is one of the ways they can get result against his former side.

“It’s a derby, it is going to be a tough game, like I use to say that Remo Stars will play all games as if we are in Sagamu. I know it’s not going to be an easy task for both sides but I am sure that we will go back with something at the end of the day”.

The former Nigeria professional football league winner added that he hope to continue his good records of not losing a game to Sunshine Stars in Akure since he departed from the Club.

“We will keep to our plans and formations, since I left Sunshine Stars as a coach, I have never lost here.

The lowest I have gotten here is a draw with other teams I have come here with and I am sure Remo Stars won’t be a difference, by Gods grace with hard work, we will leave here with something.” he added.
