The Gernot Rohr boys moved four places from 48th position in the month of September.
The Eagles who are topping 2019 AFCON qualifier Group E following back to back victory over the Mediterranean knights of Libya accumulated to total points of 1431.
The Eagles are now third best team in Africa after moving up one place in African Ranking.
