National Cricket coach Ogbimi reveals Preparatory games ahead World Cricket League

Coach of Nigeria’s Cricket national team Clive Ogbimi has revealed that the Nigeria Cricket national team will as part of preparation for the 2019 world Cricket league play preparatory games in Namibia and also explore avenues to make the most of relationship with Uganda to play preparatory games and put the team in stronger shape ahead of the World Cricket league division Six.

Ogbimi speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the two countries mentioned are stronger Cricket nations and would provide Nigeria with sterner test to teams that are in the same division with Nigeria stating clearly that Nigeria stands to benefit more playing against these nations ahead of the world Cricket league.
“Namibia is one destination we might just explore before we go to the world league that is the big one so that we will know what we can get from them and then Uganda which was the first place we went before doing well to pick a world cup ticket at the U19.
The idea is to play against teams that are of higher quality to Nigeria, we are not expected to win these countries but we stand to gain more from the privilege to have even accepted to play us.”
