D’Tigers star Yahaya confident of Nigeria’s FIBA AFROCAN quest

D’Tigers player Abdul Yaya has stated that he is sure of Nigeria’s ability to go all the way to the end of the first edition of the Africa cup of nations for home based basketball players which will have its first jump ball later today in Bamako, Mali. 
Yahaya speaking in a chat with www.Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid the team is fully aware of their standing as Nigerians and knows what the players can do.
He added that they fear no foes and would be prosecuting matches at the tournament with positive energy.
“When it comes to basketball, Nigeria is one of the best countries so we are going there with positive energy of returning home with something fantastic.
We’re going there to play Basketball to face every team one after the other. So I don’t need to think of anybody.”
