Coach of NPFL side Lobi stars Gbenga Ogunbote had revealed that his Makurdi based side simply too advantage of unsettled league giant Kano Pillars after recording a 1-0 away win in Kano against Sai Masu gida.
Ogunbote speaking in a chat with brila.net said they knew Pillars had a bit of internal unrest with the way they started their season and decided to take the game to them which payed off eventually.
“We took advantage of their crisis because we know that they drew their first home game, unfortunately second game couldn’t be played and we are aware there is no way they will be comfortable with their position a d they have issues with themselves which we latched on.”
