Coach of Lagos based NPFL side MFM FC Tony Bolus has lamented the unfortunate injury to Michael Mbonu despites MFM’s 1-0 win in Enugu against Enugu Rangers in one of the NPFL match day 3 matches.
Bolus speaking in a chat with brila.net expressed delight with the win and commended the players for a good display in the game citing hard work as the secret behind the team’s outing with two away wins in two away outing already.
“It’s just hard work, we are free to play everywhere it’s just unfortunate we drew our last home game but the same way we play at home, that’s the way we play away.
“It’s not as if it’s only away that we are good, we are good at home too. We cannot afford to make the same mistake we made the other time. The only painful thing is that one of our players got injured.”
