Rangers’ Olawoyin ruled out joining another NPFL team

Rangers International of Enugu winger Ibrahim Olawoyin says he’s happy to be part of the squad and not looking to secure a move to another team in the country.

Olawoyin is one of the players who have impressed for the Flying Antelopes in this season’s Nigeria professional football league and also in the CAF Confederations Cup.

Following his impressive form, many believed the player could move to another team in few seasons, but the young winger has now squashed all the talk and said he’s happy with the Coal City team.

“I’m satisfied with being a player of Rangers.

“Under the present circumstances, I don’t think I can join any other NPFL team apart from Rangers in Nigeria,

“I’m in love with the fans, the City, and everything about the club,” he told Exclusive News.

After a difficult start to the season, Olawoyin and his teammates are unbeaten in their last five league games and they also occupied the fourth position on the Nigerian professional football league standing, before the season was suspended indefinitely due to the coronavirus outbreak.
