Enyimba Chief Felix Anyansi Eulogises late Okenwa

Enyimba FC Chairman, Felix Anyasi-Agwu has expressed shock over the death of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) chieftain, Chidi Ofor Okenwa, on Tuesday.

In a heartbroken chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comAnyansi described Okenwa as a polished football administrator whose antecedents will be too big to fill.
“I have not really come to terms that Ofor is gone. I have personally have not come to terms that Ofor is no more”.
“It’s a tragic moment for the football family in Nigeria”.
While x-raying the qualities of the former Nigeria National League boss and Enugu state FA Chairman, Anyansi described the deceased as a highly committed and well-experienced administrator.
“You need to know him in order to describe him. I’ve lost words to describe and talk about him because I’m still in shock, terrible shock about the sad news that we received”.
“He is someone that is highly knowledgeable. You need to see his sound contribution(s) when you discuss with him either in the board or any situation”.
He also expressed his profound thoughts on Okenwa’s position on the federation’s executive hierarchy as the two representatives from the South East.
I’m saddened by this development, he is my brother because himself and myself are the ones representing the southeast”.
“So, we are brothers and not just friends, and that is how we see each other. So, you can understand my feelings about this big loss to Nigeria, right?
