The Katisina State Police Command has arrested a Spiritual farther to bandits who was allegedly preparing bullet proof charms for criminals in the state.
According to the police ,the Herberlist was arrested on a tip off that he was a spiritual guard to criminals, especially bandits.
Katisina State Police Publlic Relations Officer ( PPRO), SP Gambo Isah, said,” the Command succeeded in arresting Sani Bello, 53,of Maiduguri Road, Sabuwa Township, Sabuwa LGA of Katsina state, a notorious spiritual leader and herbalist of terrorists-bandits, terrorizing Katsina, Kaduna ,and Zamfara states.
” In the course of investigation, four native bullet proof jackets, covered with talisman were recovered in his possession. The suspect confessed to be a spiritualist,who was supplying terrorists with Gun-Jazz, and criminal charms for gun protection, and offered prayer for them not be arrested or harmed by security agents in their heinous operations. He also confessed that he sold each of the jackets for N60,000 to any interested terrorist”.
Isah,said that Investigation was ongoing in the matter.
