Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham says the return of Callum Hudson-Odoi from long term injury will help Chelsea challenge for big titles this season.

Abraham and Hudson-Odoi are part of the quality young players from the Blues academy who are enjoying break out  season with the first team this season.

Hudson-Odoi was unable to start the season with the Frank Lampard’s men following the Achilles injury his sustained toward end of last season.

The 20-year-old winger is now back to full fitness and Abraham expected him to push for a regular place in the team’s starting line up.

Abraham who has scored seven times for the former English Champions added that it’s a dream come through for the academy graduates to be prominent in the first team .

“When I play with Callum, I just enjoy watching him,” he said.

“I just stand still sometimes. It’s nice to have him back. He’s still getting that match fitness back and he’s looking sharp. Give him a couple of games to settle in and he’ll be flying again.

“I don’t think it has hit us all really. It’s dream for us. We have all dreamed as kids about playing for the Chelsea first team, and we are making it happen. Not only that, we are also getting results. It is a bit like playing with your mates.”

Abraham and Hudson-Odoi are expected to be in action on Wednesday night when the Blues take on Ajax in the Champions League.
