Antoine Griezmann turned 28 on the 21st of March, 2019, and he is living a dream, ‘a dream based on effort’ the celebration of his new age was even bigger as an Original documentary on his journey from overcoming his small stature to becoming one of the world’s top soccer players and a World Cup champion, titled “Antoine Griezmann: The Making of a Legend” was released on Netflix.
The American media-services provider turned the career of Antoine Griezmann into the subject of the documentary which debuted on Thursday. It takes a look at how the Atletico Madrid man fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a professional footballer and going on to win the biggest honour in the sport in Russia in 2018.
The one-hour documentary shows the obstacles and successes Griezmann has continued to have throughout his career filled with heart and determination.
One of the notable statements, the world cup champion makes in the film though is to declare the feelings that he has for current club Atletico Madrid. Griezmann said “I love Atleti, I love my teammates and I love Cholo, I’m glad to continue here.”
