Austin Oladapo to decide Enyimba future in January

Enyimba midfielder Austine Oladapo has revealed he’s not on hurry to quit the club, despite receiving many offers from other Nigeria professional football league teams.

Oladapo is one of the most consistent midfield players in the league for the past few seasons and was instrumental in the Enyimba’s good performance in the CAF Confederations Cup last season, where they played till semi final before been eliminated by Raja Casablanca of Morocco.

 

The Former Gombe United player told brila.net‘s Oluwaseyi Alao in exclusive interview that there are several offers on the table but he’s not convinced the time is right to leave the People‘s Elephants.

 

“There are offers but I’m not in hurry to leave the club , I have to study the situation carefully but I will wait for January transfer to see what will happens, if not, I will have to play the whole season with the Club “.

The 23-year-old former Kwara United and FC Ifeayin Ubahmidfielder also said his priority is to build on his good performancesof last season and Improve.

“My plan for next is to perform better than the previous season, I think last season was a good one because I did well and played a lot of matches, but there are still room for improvement and that’s what I want to do with the team next season“. He added.

Oladapo has been present in Enyimba’s line up since he arrived from Gombe United back in 2017.
