Barcelona return to action midweek in the Champions League where they face Norwegian side Lillestrøm and the Catalans have issued a warning to their opponents as they are ready to unleash in-form striker Asisat Oshoala.
Oshoala netted the first of two goals that saw Barcelona pick a comfortable 2-0 win against Atletico Madrid in a top of the table clash at the Wanda Metropolitano.
The Nigerian forward also made it five goals in as many league appearances for the Blaugrana since she joined on loan from Chinese side Dalian Quanjian F.C.
In a tweet following the much celebrated win watched by 60,739 – the biggest attendance in a Women’s football match in Spain – the club opted to announce Asisat’s expected involvement in her first UCL game since her return to Europe.
