Bobby Clement returns to Rangers after a year with Kuwaiti club Al-Arabi

Striker, Bobby Clement has returned to Rangers International of Enugu after spending a year with Kuwaiti side Al-Arabi Sporting Club.

The lanky striker left the Flying Antelopes in 2017 to join Al-Arabi and signed one-year, but has returned to the 2018 Aiteo Cup winners following the expiration of his contract at the Kuwaiti outfit.

 

The 25-year-old former Heartland man formed a good understanding on the pitch with Chisom Egbuchulam and Obinna Nwobo to lead Rangers to the first Nigeria professional football league title in 32-years back in 2016.

 

Cornerstonenewsng.comalso scoped that Rangers are just an inch away from recapturing another former player Michael Uchebo and FC Ifeanyi Ubah trio Pascal Seka, Tony Msonter and Traore Issif, as well as Heartland duo Zeidine Ahimeye and Japheth Opubo, are also targets for Gbenga Ogunbote side.

 

Rangers will represent Nigeria in next season’s CAF Confederation Cup, a reward for winning the Aiteo Cup, They will also face Nigeria professional football league champions Lobi stars in a Super Cup clash later this month.
