Mikel has lead Tony Pulis’s men to four wins in that period and some fans, as expressed in the 32 year-old’s instagram post early on Sunday, eagerly await his return to the Super Eagles to show such leadership.
Boro’s beacon in the PL promotion tempest posted a message celebrating the win on Saturday, but importantly also expressing hope, of an end to their two-year absence from English top flight.
