Belgian giants Club Brugge have turned down €10 million Borrusia Dortmund are offering for Nigeria international Emmanuel Dennis.
According to reports in the German media, the bid was rejected by Club Brugge, who value Dennis between €25m and €30m.
Dortmund is in the market for a replacement for England winger Jadon Sancho, who is expected to leave the club in the summer.
Dennis has caught the eye this season having scored five goals in 15 league starts thus far.
The 22-year-old also hugged the headlines in the Champions League earlier in the season after bagging a brace against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu.
There also seems to report that Sheffield United, Newcastle United and Southampton in the Premier League, as well as Italian club Napoli, are interested in the Nigerian.
The Super Eagles star joined Club Brugge from Ukrainian side FC Zorya in 2017, and it remains to be seen if he will remain at the club.
On the international scene, Dennis made his debut in an international friendly against Ukraine last year, but couldn’t make Gernot Rohr’s 24-man list for the 2021 Afcon qualifiers against Serria Leone.
