A Lagos High Court ,Igbesere ,has dismissed an application filed by suspected kidnapped kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike aka Evans seeking to quash two separate charges against him by the Lagos state government.
The state government had brought a fresh five-count charge bordering on conspiracy to kidnap,kidnapping ,attempted murder against Evans and three others.
Justice Adebayo Akintoye said based on proof of evidence before the court ,issue for determination was whether a prima facie case has been established against the defendants.
She said ,” looking close to the proof of evidences attached to the information in this case,a prima facie has clearly been disclosed against the defendant\ application”.
