Reports have it that Super Eagles left-back Elderson Echejile is undergoing trials with Finland top side HJK Helsinki with a view of signing a contract.
Cornerstonenewsng.comgathered that the left-back was part of HJK team to Antalya, Turkey, where they will hold a training camp from 27 February to 9 March 2019.
It’s believed that the former Bendel Insurance of Benin defender has agreed personal terms with HJK but head coach Mika Lehkosuo is keen to look at him closely before the contract can be signed.
The 31-year-old has been unattached since he mutually terminated his contract with Monaco just before the close of the summer transfer window.
