Arsenal Manager, Unai Emery has revealed his special tonic for Alex Iwobi’s new dazzling form and it may not come as a surprise.
The butt of the joke for the most part of last season; towards the end of Arsene Wenger’s time at Arsenal, Iwobi hardly escaped a week without the bashing of fans.
Today, he’s the toast of Gunner fraternity owing largely to his impressive since Emery’s dispensation at the Emirates Stadium.
And the secret according to the Spaniard is: Give them Confidence.
Emery himself explained why the young Nigeria may be one of the most talked about teens in the Premier League after it appears he is reaching his potentials as a pure football talent.
“My idea with Alex and the other players is to give them confidence every day. We can’t just stop when they make one mistake. The mistake should help you to attempt another action,” the Spaniard enunciated.
