Enyimba are ready to allow their veteran stars including Theophilus Afelokhai and Ikechukwu Ibenegbu leave, thus making way for the new generation, in an audacious bid to return the club to a title-winning side again.
The transition has begun and according to head coach, Usman Abd’Allah, by the 2019/2020 season, there’ll likely be a new look team defending the honor of the Elephants of Aba.
Speaking with brila.net on the immediate objectives of the club Abd’Allah suggested the veterans may be playing in their final season with the team.
