Fidelis Ilechukwu debunks Heartland exit rumours

Heartland FC coach Fidelis Ilechukwu has debunked reports of his departure from the Nigerian Professional football league side.

Ilechukwu at Heartland is presently facing challenges of non-payment of salaries and the two years ban on the club from signing new players.
In a chat with brila.net, Ilechukwu affirmed that he is still with the club tagging all the reports of his exit as baseless and fake.
”Reports of my Heartland FC exit is fake news. The news is not true, although, the state of things here now is not so good because they have not paid us for over seven months, if I want to leave Heartland there is a proper way of doing it.
“I have a contract which I respect, there is a way to leave if I have to leave in Peace not by having issues,” he told brila.
IIechukwu started his management career with MFM in the Nationwide League before moving up to the Nigeria National League (NNL) and then the NPFL, where he led the Olukoya Boys to the Caf Champions League.
