Fuludu, Ikpeba become Delta FA Chairman and Vice Chairman

Two former Super Eagles stars, Edema Fuludu and Victor Ikpeba have been elected chairman and vice-chairman, respectively, of Delta State Football Association.

Fuludu defeated his opponent in the chairmanship election with 20 votes to 4. Ikpeba won the vice-chairmanship election with 23 votes to 0 as his opponent refused to vote.

The DSFA now has a substantive chairman in Edema Fuludu who hitherto served as acting chairman following the resignation of former Super Eagles teammate and captain, Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha, midway into the office he was elected into in 2015.

Fuludu was vice-chairman during Okocha’s reign while Ikpeba was a board member.
