Gumen believed to be kidnappers have shot dead a Counsellor and abducted Folorunsho Olabode, commissioner for agriculture in Ekiti state.
A Police source said the councillor of Ilejemeje local Government Area of the state who was with him at the time of the attack was shot dead.
The incident reportedly took place between Isan and Iludun-Ekiti.
