Herdsmen on rampage ,kill 3 in Ebonyi

Herdsmen kidnap Enugu monarch, wife Gunmen
Rampaging Fulani herdsmen has Stormed Enyanwuigwe community in Izzi Local Government of Ebonyi State killing three persons and injured many.
Widow of one of the victims,Tina Okemini ,told Cornerstone News that :” My husband , Nwachi ,went to our farm ,near the house to tether our native cow and as he was coming ,he met the killer herdsmen.
” After he tied the cow,he met a herdsmen, who was armed with a machete and he used it to attack my husband.He hacked him down  .
We heard him crying and we rushed him to the Hospital, I paid #5,000,but,he died”
Another widow, said :” My name is Christina Iyiele,I was cooking when we heard Nwachi shouting for help,my husband ,picked up a stick and rushed to rescue him.I warned him to come back or arm himself with cutlass,but,he wouldn’t listen.As he got there,he met one of the herdsmen, he asked him why he killed Nwachi and the furious herdsman attacked him with the same cutlass he used in killing Nwachi.
My husband was Burchard like a sacrificial lamb .
” We are calling on the government to do something urgent as the killing spree by Fulani herdsmen have continued unabated. What have we done?Another man ,Nwanko was also killed the same way my husband was Burchard. There is a report that five persons were attacked. They were rushed to the hospital. There is fear everywhere as no one knows the next victim”.
 Image maker of the Police in the state ,Loveth Odah said two herdsmen were arrested by the villagers and handed over to the police.
She said :” Three persons have been confirmed dead .We are investigating .Normalcy has returned to the community. We are still looking for more suspects “.She stated.
