‘I WANT TO BE THE BEST GOALKEEPER AT THE FIFA WOMEN WORLD CUP’- TOCHUKWU OLUEHI

As the super falcons continue their preparation for the France 2019 FIFA women’s world cup and have begun their two-week camp in Austria, Bad Tatzmannsdorf, The best goalkeeper of the 2018 CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, Tochukwu Oluehi is fully ready for the World cup as she expressed her satisfaction with the training.

The Super Falcons shot stopper has set a target for herself at the World cup in France, “I want to go France and do my best, not to concede any goal, and to be one of the best goalkeepers in France.”

 

Tochukwu Oluehi’s heroics at the 2018 AWCON in Accra helped the Super Falcons of Nigeria to victory at the 11 African Women Cup of Nations.

 

The Former Rivers Angels keeper is proud of the Super Falcons team B achievements, saying winning the 2019 WAFU womens cup of nations goes to show that without the foreign based players in the Super Falcons, Nigeria have a home-based team that can win trophies.

 

Nigeria will leave Austria for hosts nation France on Tuesday, June 4, four days before their Group A opener against Norway in Reims.
